Cost: Candidates $70 includes 1 luncheon ticket
Clergy $35 includes 1 luncheon ticket

Additional Luncheon Tickets $20
As an example: if a candidate wants to bring a guest to the ladies program and stay for lunch, the total cost is $100.
All completed form 4s and any additional payments are due to the District Secretary no later than October 12, 2021. Checks are to be made payable to The Master of the Fourth Degree AWD.
We will comply with all rules pertaining to covid restrictions. Masks will be required and distance protocols will be followed. The safety of all is of the utmost importance.
Should a hybrid component become necessary, we will advise.
Dress code for candidates is dark suit and tie. For Fourth Degree members, dark suit with social baldric and PG 113 pin or Fourth Degree Uniform with regalia.
